Blazers, Texans Confirm Deal Monday, July 19th, 2032 The Bloomington Blazers and Dallas Texans have put the finishing touches on a deal that was weeks in the making. Bloomington will part with 34-year-old minor league RF Tom Lampley, while the Texans have dealt 24-year-old minor league RHP Juan Martínez. "This one took a while to figure out," said Bloomington general manager Jesse Donahoo. "We must have gone back to the drawing board five or six times over the past few weeks. I'm glad we finally got the deal done. I think it is a good one for both clubs." This season Lampley is batting .340 with 1 home run. His totals include 24 RBIs and 18 runs scored. |
