Park's Hit Streak Over Friday, July 16th, 2032 Maple Marauders right fielder Jae-hoon Park finally met his Waterloo. A 32-game hitting spree is now history after Park was unable to make anything happen in 2 at-bats today against the San Francisco Earthquakes. Fortunately for Park and the Marauders, the rest of his team had enough in their bats to win the game 12-4. "We're a true team here," he said. "For 32 games I've been able to contribute, but I always believed these guys would take care of things if I couldn't some day." Batting .349 to date, Park has 13 home runs and 41 RBIs. |
