Park Ups Hit Streak to 31 Consecutive Games Saturday, July 10th, 2032 Jae-hoon Park, right fielder for the Maple Marauders, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 31 games with 2 hits in his club's 12-4 victory today over the Vancouver Pioneers at The Royal Court at Jersey Yards today. "I don't really know why it's even happening," he said with a grin after the game. "So asking me how long I can keep it up is kind of irrelevant. It'll end when it ends." Jae-hoon Park struck out in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 3rd, flied out in the 3rd, singled in the 6th and struck out in the 7th. For the season Park has hit .354 with 13 home runs and 41 RBIs. He has played in 53 games and scored 35 times. |
