Mustangs Jostle Gone for Year
Friday, July 9th, 2032
The Mile High Mustangs were dealt a severe blow when James Jostle was hurt throwing a pitch recently in a game against the Oklahoma City Prowlers. After the game, the team trainer reported Jostle might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 23-year-old starting pitcher out for the rest of the season with a torn back muscle. They indicated it would take Jostle at least 4-5 months to heal.

Up to now Jostle has recorded a record of 3-2. In 13 starts he has fanned 84 batters in 74.2 innings with a 2.05 ERA.
