bin Umar and Villanueva Dealt Monday, July 5th, 2032 The Seattle Sasquatch have finalized a deal that will send 30-year-old LHP Alim bin Umar to Eureka for 20-year-old minor league 2B Jesus Villanueva. Minor details still need to be worked out before the trade becomes official, but the players involved are expected to be with their new clubs soon. To date in the season, bin Umar is 2-2 with 28 relief appearances and 2 saves. He has held opposing batters to a .220 average, pitched 27.1 innings, struck out 21 and walked 10 while recording a 2.96 ERA. |
