Hayakawa Week's #1 Player Monday, June 28th, 2032 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Roberto Clemente League, but last week Motoki Hayakawa of the San Diego Hops reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Hayakawa rocked opposing pitching for a .714 average (5-for-7), 3 home runs and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. This season Hayakawa has 7 home runs and a .367 batting average. |
