Georgia's Capel Will Miss Season Thursday, June 10th, 2032 The Georgia Grays and their fans were rocked today by the news that star starting pitcher Hayden Capel would miss the rest of the season due to injury. Capel was hurt in a recent game against the Quebec Armada while throwing a pitch. He was immediately removed from the game and taken for examination. Tests today revealed the injury was a stretched elbow ligament. His doctors think that Capel will miss about 11-12 months. So far this season Capel has a 0-6 record with a 4.92 ERA. |
