Hornets Santiso Injured Tuesday, June 1st, 2032 Earlier today, Eureka shortstop Roberto Santiso had to leave the game against Quebec because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a broken hand and will miss 3 months of play. Santiso was hurt running the bases and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. For the season Santiso has produced 76 hits in 224 at-bats for a .339 average with 1 home run and gotten on base at a .399 clip. |
