Young Injured, Day-to-Day Friday, May 21st, 2032 Joe Young, the talented Vancouver star, suffered a strained triceps yesterday in the game with the Jacks, which could keep him out of today's lineup. "I'm a bit banged up," said the 34-year-old left fielder, "but we won't know until game time if I can play or not." Young got hurt while throwing the ball. The team doctor said he could be out up to 4-5 weeks. Thus far this year Young has hit .232 with 8 home runs and 22 RBIs. |
