Clayton's Condition Worse, Suffers Another Setback
Wednesday, May 5th, 2032
New York left fielder Skip Clayton reportedly suffered a setback this week while rehabilitating a sore hand. Preliminary tests showed the injury had gotten worse and would need more time to be completely healed. An unidentified team official said it looked like it would be at least 4 days before Clayton would be able to return to the active roster. Clayton will see a specialist tomorrow.

To date, Clayton has collected 29 hits for a .254 average. He has posted 4 home runs, scored 20 runs and driven in 14 runs.
