Best RCL Reliever Named Thursday, November 20th, 2031 Pin-zhen Au was a calming influence out of the So Cal Republic bullpen this season. His teammates and manager said he had a poised demeanor about him that was typical of someone much older and more experienced. His poise has paid off, as the 26-year-old turned in a sparkling season and has been named the winner of the Roberto Clemente League Rolaids Relief Man Award for 2031. The Taiwan native won the award with 47 saves in 68 relief appearances, 103 strikeouts in 74 innings and a record of 6-2 to go with his 1.70 ERA. Ti-an Dan of the Brooklyn Black Knights finished second in voting, while Teguh Suharto of the Havana Stogies finished third. |
