Jong-min Kim Jr. Nabs Best Player Trophy Thursday, November 20th, 2031 What a way to finish off the year -- being honored with the 2031 Most Valuable Player Award in the Roberto Clemente League. It had already been a very special season for So Cal's Jong-min Kim Jr., but today's announcement really put the icing on his cake. All season long Jong-min Kim Jr. gave opposing pitchers fits by hitting .281 as he collected 176 hits, 33 doubles, 7 triples, 41 home runs and 140 RBIs. Joe Young of the Seattle Sasquatch finished second in voting, while Kojuro Ine of the Brooklyn Black Knights finished third. |
