Johnson Blanks Duke City Saturday, October 25th, 2031 Tanner Johnson kept the opposition off the scoreboard and the So Cal Republic were all smiles after winning 7-0 against the Duke City Danger at The Danger Zone today. The left-handed Johnson gave up no runs in his start, permitted 3 hits and had 4 strikeouts. "If there was a stat for 'team shutout,' this would be it," Johnson said later. "My catcher called a great game, guys delivered at the plate and when I messed something up the guys behind me were where they needed to be." Presently Johnson has a 22-2 mark in 32 starts with a 2.51 ERA. He has given up 202 hits in 226.1 innings, struck out 216 and issued 31 walks.
