Grays Dominate, Sweep Divisional Championship Saturday, October 25th, 2031 The Georgia Grays appear poised to make a serious run at the ABL World Series after a convincing sweep over the Quebec Armada in the Divisional Championship. It's now on to the League Pennant for Georgia, who won the final game 7-3 and took the series 4-0. "Everyone's doing their part and things are falling into place," said Georgia right fielder Danilo Cannavaro, who was named series MVP. "It feels like a special year." For the series, Cannavaro hit .467 with a .529 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 5 runs. The Georgia Grays don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Maple Marauders - San Francisco Earthquakes series. San Francisco leads the series 2 game to 1.
