Hops Buried - Out of Playoffs Saturday, September 6th, 2031 Not even the most diehard San Diego Hops fan thought the team had much chance at the playoffs this year. But now even the faintest hopes have been put to rest, as the Hops were mathematically eliminated from the postseason hunt today. San Diego last appeared in the postseason in 2016. This is their 15th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 18 times in their 19-year history. |
