San Francisco's Mora Will Miss Season Friday, September 5th, 2031 Juan Mora has to call it a season. The San Francisco Earthquakes first baseman sustained a season-ending injury against the Kansas City Tornadoes and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Mora was injured while running the bases. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn hip flexor tendon and stated that he would not be able to play for 5 weeks. In this current campaign Mora is hitting at a .262 clip with 18 home runs and 45 RBIs. |
