League Rules Domaszewski Out 3 Games Sunday, August 31st, 2031 Jarek Domaszewski's disrobing act in yesterday's loss to the Duke City Danger at The Death Star cost him a 3-game suspension. The league office informed the Georgia Grays today that their shortstop would be suspended for "his poor conduct and unacceptable behavior that made a farce out of the game." After being called out on strikes, Domaszewski was ejected by the home plate umpire after a heated and animated discussion. In protest for the ejection, he proceeded to throw his bat down, take off his batting gloves, cap, shirt, socks and shoes and left them at home plate, refusing to pick them up. Asked about the suspension, Domaszewski sheepishly told reporters, "I did a stupid and embarrassing thing. Let's just leave it at that." Domaszewski is presently batting .233 with 15 home runs, 71 runs scored and 52 RBIs. His OBP is .345. |
