Cabrera Sits out with Day-to-Day Injury Friday, August 29th, 2031 Mile High's star third baseman Héctor Cabrera injured himself in a game against the Dallas Texans, prompting the team to list him as day-to-day. The doctors are reporting the injury as a bruised foot and they say the best medicine is a short period of rest. "Hopefully I don't get replaced by some hotshot wannabe," said Cabrera with a smile as he talked to reporters. Cabrera is hitting .311 this season with 1 home run, 42 RBIs and 73 runs scored.
