Cabo San Lucas Starting Pitcher Hurt Thursday, August 7th, 2031 The Cabo San Lucas Toreros will lose the services of starting pitcher Joey Steamer after he sustained an elbow sprain while throwing a pitch in today's game against the Georgia Grays. "I'll get through it," Steamer said. "The key now is to stay positive." His trainer said he is expected to be sidelined for 2 weeks. This year Steamer has compiled a 11-9 mark with a 3.25 ERA in 23 starts. |
