Cabrera 5-for-6 Against Hornets Tuesday, July 22nd, 2031 Mustangs third baseman Héctor Cabrera had his way with Eureka pitching today at The Nest and mauled them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His efforts were all in vain, though, as the Hornets ruined his great day by toppling the Mustangs, 10-6. "I had a great day, but you've got to give Eureka credit, they did what they had to do to win," he told reporters after the game. "They weren't very impressed with my 5 hits." "Oh, we noticed what Cabrera did today," Hornets skipper Stephen Jackson said. "He had quite a game. I can tell you this, we will pitch him a little differently the next time we face him." Héctor Cabrera singled in the 1st, tripled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, doubled in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th.
