Ouch! Shunso Fukuda Shelved by Injury Friday, June 27th, 2031 The Armada received bad news this morning. Shunso Fukuda will miss 7 weeks due to a sports hernia. He sustained the injury in the Quebec-San Diego game while running the bases. "I'm disappointed more than anything," he told reporters later in the day. "You can't help your team on the bench," Fukuda sighed. "I'll do the rehab work and hope for a quick recovery." This season Fukuda is batting .308 with 43 RBIs, 43 runs scored and 14 home runs. |
