Injury Forces Masayoshi Sai Out Sunday, June 15th, 2031 The Black Knights will be minus Masayoshi Sai for about 3-4 weeks after the left fielder suffered a herniated disc while making a defensive play in a recent game against Havana. Sai and the Brooklyn skipper were hoping further examination might show there was less damage than originally thought and he would be absent a shorter duration. In the current season, Sai has put up a .268 batting average with 62 hits, 12 home runs, 36 runs batted in and scored 32 runs. |
