Vemireddy Records Shutout Against Mustangs Wednesday, June 11th, 2031 The Mile High Mustangs had no answer today for Quebec Armada pitcher Adhipa Vemireddy. They failed to score a single run against him, losing 7-0. Mile High managed only 4 hits off Vemireddy, who had 7 strikeouts. The extraordinarily popular Vemireddy got a standing ovation from the hometown crowd as he left the field, the applause continuing until he returned from the dugout to tip his cap to the crowd. "Armada fans are the best fans, in my opinion," he said. "It's a great feeling to throw a shutout under any circumstances but to do it with the crowd behind you like that is just incredible."
