Marauders Trujillo Suffers Injury Sunday, June 8th, 2031 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Marauders when after today's game against the Bombers, the club found out they would be without the services of Javier Trujillo for at least 3-4 weeks. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Trujillo was injured earlier today colliding with a player at a base and suffered a fractured foot. This year Trujillo is batting .301 with 34 hits, 1 home run, 8 RBIs, 13 walks, .380 OBP and has scored 9 runs. |
