Pleasantville got a terrific performance from left fielder Ryan Barnes, but it wasn't enough to beat the Francis Lewis Patriots. Francis Lewis won the Stealth Ballpark contest, 7-5. Barnes was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He went 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Stephon Jackson closed the door for Francis Lewis, picking up his 8th save of the year. Francis Lewis leads the Pete Rose League Alex Rodriguez Division by 2½ games.

Jimmy Theriot was one of the major contributors to the win for Francis Lewis. The light-hitting third baseman stroked a single to center in the top of the seventh inning. For the day, he was 2 for 5 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.
