Marauders Beat Blazers, 6-2
|
Maple Marauders starter Paul Barrett kept the Bloomington Blazers hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 6-2 win. The Marauders, at 49-32, lead by one game in their division.
In the top of the fourth inning, Dante Deleón contributed a big hit for the Marauders. With Maple leading 2-1, he hammered a 2-run home run.
"We had a good game plan," Barrett said, "and we were able to execute it."
