|
The Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks topped the Saitama Seibu Lions, 5-3, with youngster Philip Faeth playing a key role. Faeth was 2-3 with a home run and a triple, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Hawks in the win. Getting the save was Tatsuro Tanaka, his 6th. Fukuoka SoftBank bumps their record to 11-10 with the win.
