Texans Get One-Run Win at San Francisco
Fans who gathered at Golden Gate Park saw a good contest between the Dallas Texans and San Francisco Earthquakes.

In a low-scoring tilt between the Dallas Texans and the San Francisco Earthquakes, Toin Hara was the difference-maker. The Dallas right-hander earned player of the game honors in the 2-1 win. Adrien Clément got the save, the 24th for him this season.

One of the key players for the Texans was right fielder Tsunayoshi Ito, who drilled a run-scoring single in the top of the third inning. For the game, Ito went 2-4 with 2 singles.

"There was no wiggle room in this one," said Hara.

Dallas occupies third place in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division at 39-41.
