It was a fun time at Ballpark of Yamagata College, where the Chunichi Dragons and Yomiuri Giants tangled.

Yomiuri designated hitter Hiromi Nagao had 6 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Chunichi Dragons, 9-3. Yomiuri starter Tae-sang Khang was credited with the win after throwing 82 pitches over 5 innings. His record now stands at 2-0.

Nagao had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the third inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Giants went on to win.

"If we keep hitting the ball well, the wins will pile up," said Yomiuri skipper Masato Ojima.

With the loss, Chunichi sinks to 4-4.
