Buffaloes Hope Win Turns Around Slow Start
|
ORIX starter Sung-your Park had a strong outing against the Chiba Lotte Marines at Ballpark of Nasu College. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 5-2 win. ORIX is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 1st in 3 games.
Chan-u Shon was a key contributor to the win for the Buffaloes. In the top of the sixth with two out, the light-hitting second baseman stroked a single to left. He was 2-4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
"We cashed in when we had the chance," said ORIX manager Steve Richards.
