Jaime Helps Park Beat Mustangs
The College Park knocked off the San Marin Mustangs, 8-4, at Silvertips Ballpark. Enrique Jaime, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason College won. The second baseman hit 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. Dedrick Savage, who went 7 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 1 run on 4 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 9. His record now stands at 4-1. Clint Vollmer picked up the save, his 6th.

Jaime came through with some timely hitting for College. With the score 0-0 in the top of the second and one down, Jaime hit a 1-1 changeup for a grand slam home run. His 3rd home run of the season made it 4-0, College.

"I just love going out and having a big game," Jaime said when asked about being named player of the game. "It's an honor to have your talents recognized."

With the win over San Marin, the Park improved to 12-10.
