Hot Start Continues for Tigers
The Tioga Central Tigers picked up a win at Attack Ballpark, knocking off the Seminole Warhawks, 9-4. Starting pitcher Pat Bonham, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. Bonham got the win, improving to 4-0. He allowed 7 hits and walked 3 over 8 innings. Bonham allowed 1 earned run. The Tigers have an impressive 14-6 record.

Justin Penn was one of the major contributors to the win for Tioga Central. The light-hitting center fielder stroked a home run to right in the top of the fourth inning. For the day, he was 2 for 3 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

"We've got a great group of guys," Bonham said, "and we're having fun right now."
