Mustangs Get Close Win Over Lancers
San Marin Mustangs starter Eric Czajkowski pitched a strong game against the Canby Lancers at Silvertips Ballpark, leading the Mustangs to a 6-4 win. San Marin reliever Jake Reynolds got the win, raising his record to 5-1. Jim Casey was tagged with the loss. San Marin is now 10-10.

Jeff Rowan was the walk-off hero for San Marin. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Mustangs center fielder hit a dramatic 2-run home run to send the teams home.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said San Marin manager Marcus Piscitelli.
