Erdahl has 3 hit night in Poly Win
The exploits of right fielder Tristan Erdahl, who is tied for 8th in the HAL in RBI with 21, helped the Riverside Poly defeat the Santa Clara Vampires, 9-1. Erdahl was 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. John Radtke was the winning pitcher. Over 7.2 innings, he allowed 1 run on 4 hits, with no walks and 12 strikeouts. Riverside has now won 4 games in a row.

When the Poly needed a boost, it was the light-hitting Erdahl who delivered. Facing Santa Clara pitcher Ryan Ballard the bottom of the first with a runner on 1st, Erdahl hit his 9th home run of the year. It made the score 3-0.
