Mustangs Win Thriller, 7-6
The Pitman High Panthers got a superb performance from pitcher Rich Bisch. Still, it wasn't enough to beat San Marin. The Mustangs won the game, 7-6. In spite of the loss, Bisch was named the player of the game. He threw 7 innings allowing 5 runs. The win was Jake Reynolds's in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Pat Malone took the loss for Pitman High. With the loss, Pitman High sinks to 5-4.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when San Marin center fielder Tom Bach, facing Pat Malone, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Mustangs the 7-6 win.

"Great to get the crowd on its feet," Bach said.
