Cardinals Rough Up Golden Bears, Take 15-3 Win
The Montreal Cardinals cruised to a 15-3 win over the Billings West Golden Bears at Guadalajara HS Grounds today. Steve Delisle led the way, going 3-for-5 for Montreal. Billy Carroll earned the win for Montreal. He lasted 5.2 innings, allowing 1 earned run on 10 hits, while striking out 7. With the win, he raised his record to 1-0. The win gives the Cardinals a record of 6-1.

Dallas Lauer went 1 for 6 for Montreal. In the top of the sixth, with the teams deadlocked, 1-1, Lauer delivered for the Cardinals. His run-scoring ground out put Montreal on top, 2-1.
