Victory Over Heat Takes Victoria to 6-4
Victoria Capitals starter Kirk Winman was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Kelowna Heat, 6-3. The Heat drop to 5-5 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2032 season.

Rick Pépin in the bottom of the third had a productive at-bat. With the bases loaded and the Capitals leading 1-0, the Victoria designated hitter hit a sacrifice fly.

"I give credit to my teammates for this win. We got it done," Winman told the Victoria Citizen.
