The Indiana State Sycamores and Missouri Tigers were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd at Pit Vipers Ballpark.
The Missouri Tigers grabbed a 8-4 win over the Indiana State Sycamores at Pit Vipers Ballpark. Missouri third baseman John Sepulveda was 1-1 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once to earn player of the game honors. The 17th-place Tigers now have a win-loss record of 21-23.
The critical at-bat for Missouri came in the top of the ninth inning. With one out, Sepulveda hit a grand slam, putting Missouri up, 8-4.
Sepulveda said afterward that he was glad to help his team win.
