Castles Ballpark was the site for Skip Bertman League action featuring the Oklahoma Sooners and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.

Justin Weber was superb against Oklahoma. The right-hander, who is the 2nd-best prospect in the Yellow Jackets organization, had a curveball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a 5-2 Yellow Jackets victory. Jim Unknown earned his 1st save in 1 tries.

The biggest at-bat came in the top of the eighth. The score was 3-2, Yellow Jackets. With runners on 1st and 2nd and two down, Angel Anaya retired Joe Neel with a 1-2 slider. Neel struck out.
