Loss to Sooners Extends Wake Forest Losing Streak
The Oklahoma Sooners and Wake Forest Demon Deacans put on a pitchers' duel at Biglerville College Fields.

In a tight game between the Oklahoma Sooners and the Wake Forest Demon Deacans, pitcher Nick Davidson was terrific on the mound. The Oklahoma right-hander was named the player of the game in Oklahoma's 1-0 win. Davidson, the winner, moves to 1-5. He threw 6 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up no walks.

T.J. Leiby struck a blow for the Sooners in the bottom of the third when he hit a solo home run. It put his team ahead, 1-0. For the game, Leiby went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk.
