Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Trojans
In a high-scoring contest between USC and Rice, designated hitter Greg Dimon was a difference-maker. Dimon, who is the 2nd-best prospect in the Trojans organization, earned player of the game honors in the 11-9 USC win. He went 3-5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. USC now sits in 11th place in the Cliff Gustafson at 14-14.

Geoff Tilley was the walk-off hero for USC. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Trojans left fielder hit a dramatic 2-run home run to send the teams home.

"I don't lose sleep over a loss," said Dimon. "But I have better dreams after a win."
