Tigers Suffer 4-2 Setback
Missouri got a strong outing from Mark Schwartz as the Tigers defeated the Auburn Tigers, 4-2, at Ballpark of Ridge College. Missouri reliever Drew Banks picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Adam Harris shouldered the loss. Chris Van Arsdale got credit for the save for Missouri. It was his 3rd of the year.

Missouri took a 4-2 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning. With two out, first baseman Ali Reese hit a 2-run home run that aroused the crowd.

In postgame remarks, Reese said: "To all who've been doubting my effort -- I hope they saw this game."

With the victory, the Tigers record now stands at 5-13.
