Late Magic Gets Baylor 3-1 Win
|
In a well-pitched game between the Baylor Bears and the UCLA Bruins, pitcher Ross Willbanks was fantastic. The Baylor right-hander was named the player of the game in Baylor's 3-1 win. Baylor, at 7-10, occupies 18th place in the Cliff Gustafson.
Willbanks worked his magic against UCLA. The right-hander from Lubbock, Texas went 7 innings, allowing 1 run on 3 hits. He struck out 8.
