The Arkansas Razorbacks used an offensive barrage to beat the Clemson Tigers, 11-1, at Ramparts Ballpark. Brad Mathews led the way, going 3-for-4 for Arkansas. Arkansas is now 10-4, while Clemson is 3-11.

The contest featured some late-game dramatics from Arkansas third baseman Brad Mathews. In the bottom of the eighth inning, with two out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Mathews hit a 3-run home run to help Arkansas seize the win.

Clemson manager Júlio Santana called the blowout loss "a real dud."
