Ríos Shines in Blazers Win
The Bloomington Blazers defeated the Oklahoma City Prowlers, 6-4, in Thurman Munson League action at Celestrial Fields at Hermann Park. Pablo Ríos received player of the game honors. The 14-year veteran hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The Blazers improve their record to 35-32 with the win over Oklahoma City.

Had Ríos not come through in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have changed. Instead, with two down, Ríos hit a 2-run home run. The Blazers never looked back after taking the 6-4 lead.

"Good to pick up this win," Ríos said.
