Norton Leads Wildcats to Win
The Arizona Wildcats easily defeated the UCLA Bruins, 14-4, at Red Wings Ballpark, with second baseman Grant Norton a main contributor to the win. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4 for Arizona. Getting the save was Benjamin Ladds, his 2nd. Arizona is now 6-4.

A key moment came when Norton faced UCLA hurler Paul Poorman in the bottom of the fourth. The Wildcats, who were trailing 4-3, had the bases loaded. Norton got a first pitch cutter and hit a grand slam.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Norton said.
