Fresno State Wins 4-1 to Continue Red Hot Start
The Fresno State Bulldogs downed the Texas A&M Aggies, 4-1, at Sooners Ballpark. Kevin Jefferson led the way, going 3-for-3 for Fresno State. Fresno State reliever Steve Allebach was credited with the win, to go to 1-0. Don Olson took the loss for Texas A&M. Cullen Wetmore earned the save for Fresno State, his 4th of the year.

Bobby Wilson gave Fresno State a good at-bat in the top of the eighth inning. With the bases loaded, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run to help send Fresno State to the win.

"If we play well, we'll win our share of games," said Jefferson. "The only team that can beat us is us."

The Bulldogs, now 8-1, have stormed out of the gates.
