Wright, Cavaliers Too Much for Seminoles
The Virginia Cavaliers cruised to a 13-4 win over the Florida State Seminoles at Ballpark of Redwood College today. Greg Wright led the way, going 4-for-4 for Virginia. Cody Botelho nailed down his 1st save. The Cavaliers are off to a tough start, getting just their 3rd win in 8 games.

In the bottom of the third, Brian Hawkins had a big run-scoring single off Joe Rhodes. With the single, the Virginia designated hitter put his team in front, 2-1. He went 1-5, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once in the contest.

"I'm proud of the boys for pulling through," said Cavaliers manager Larry Vaughn. "The wins don't come easy for this team, but everyone's got an extra jump in their step after a game like this."
