Grant Huffman never let the Bums get in a groove. The left-hander used his bread and butter, his change up, to pitch the Bush Wackers to a 5-1 win. Jorge Rivera nailed down his 8th save. The 5th-place Bums have lost 4 straight games.

Jake Polander had a productive at-bat for the Bush Wackers with no one out in the bottom of the sixth. With runners on 1st and 2nd, the designated hitter hit a 3-run home run. The at-bat was important in the Brisbane win.
