|
The Baltimore Blue Claws topped the Charleston Panthers by the score of 8-3, with the largest share of the credit going to designated hitter Tetsuro Fossum. Fossum went 2 for 2 with a double, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Blue Claws. With the victory, the Blue Claws record now stands at 93-59.
One important at-bat for Baltimore came with one out in the bottom of the first inning. With the bases loaded, Fossum hit a 2-run double, which contributed to the Blue Claws win.
